Our team have now set up on Symphony – “the common connector for market workflows” as they describe themselves.
We plan to use this for tasks including:
- Day to day correspondence with our clients for account management purposes etc.
- Support access for clients with questions about specific forecast data, or tech support queries
- Delivery of some key forecasts, stats and data (via the bots and apps functionality)
Please note we are not moving away from email!
We’re just moving onto Symphony as well – to better fit with the workflows of some of our key clients.
